David Uhler, Chief Financial Officer
David began his career working with Arthur Andersen, LLP in 1992. After leaving Arthur Andersen, David joined the accounting firm of Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf, and became a partner with the firm in 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University and his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1996. He loves to travel, play golf, has coached high school football and is actively involved with several animal rescues.
Cindy Chupp, Senior Underwriter
Senior Underwriter Cindy Chupp has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career with Fremont Compensation Insurance Company and has been with the TECIS program since 1999. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University. As a recent Breast Cancer survivor Cindy is actively involved in supporting Breast Cancer prevention and research. She resides in Newbury Park with her husband and their 4 children: Shalane, Travis, Danielle & Camron.
