TECIS is always attempting to find a solution to greater simplicity and we are pleased to present a smooth process of direct billing.

1. Insured is responsible for billing insured directly for installments under available payment terms as outlined below.
   
   

   Premium	Schedule
   $2500 and under	Full Pay upon binding
   $2500-$10,000	15%, 20% or 25% down + 6, 7 or 9 installments
   $10,000 - $50,000	15%, 20% or 25% down + 6, 7 or 9 installments
   $50,000 - $100,000	15%, 20% or 25% down + 6, 7 or 9 installments
   $100,000 +	To be negotiated

   
   
2. A deposit is due to TECIS within 10 days of the inception date of your policy.
3. Insured is completely responsible for the total premium due. Policies not paid on a timely basis will be automatically canceled.
4. One reinstatement is allowed. After first reinstatement has been applied we can reinstate only if paid in full for remainder of policy term.
5. Assessments, surcharges and fees are due in full at inception in addition to the down payment percentage. No commission is paid on assessments, surcharges or fees.
6. Any billing or collecting questions should be forwarded to mmahoney@tecisinsurance.com.
7. A faxed copy of the initial premium payment must accompany any request to bind coverage.
